Are you ready to drive commercial growth in onsite energy and help accelerate a cleaner future? At EDF Power Solutions, you'll shape effective strategies that support our mission to power businesses while moving the UK closer to a net zero future.

The Opportunity

As a Business Development Director, you'll help shape our commercial success by building a strong pipeline of opportunities, nurturing key relationships and supporting our ambition to deliver effective onsite energy projects across the UK. You will be leading team that values clear thinking and positive energy.

Alongside a competitive salary and potential for an annual bonus, this role is primarily based at our #Edenbridge site in #Kent.

You'll share insight on market trends, new technologies and customer needs to help refine our offerings. You'll also work closely with colleagues across sales, delivery and asset management to support strategic decisions.

  • A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, renewable energy or a related field
  • Proven track record of commercial success in sales and business development

  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse sales team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to strategic decision-making
  • Strong networking and relationship skills with the ability to establish and maintain fruitful relationships
