Job Description
Stewards the development of the company's process architecture by modeling processes in the KKMS and ensuring they are correct, consistent, and aligned with established guidelines. Guides Process Owners in executing their process responsibilities, ensuring compliance with architectural standards, modeling conventions, and end-to-end design principles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate and standardized process maps using designated BPM and other tools and methodologies.
- Apply approved modeling standards, symbols, and naming conventions to ensure consistency across all process documentation.
- Support business units in visualizing and structuring their processes, especially in the absence of a dedicated Process Architect.
- Ensure alignment of individual process models with the overarching end-to-end process structure and taxonomy.
Examples of tasks:
- Use tools such as Qualiware and RapidValue to map new or updated processes.
- Apply process modeling conventions defined within the KK Management System, ensuring clarity and standardization.
- Support the mapping of end-to-end processes as part of the MWP#1 strategic initiative.
- Review and revise existing process maps to align with updated process definitions and taxonomy levels.
- Handle organizational requests for process mappings, as per the material submitted through relevant ticket system, or starting from scratch where more extensive work is required (spectrum).
