We are now looking for a talented and motivated team member to join our People Team as a Recruitment and People Partner. This entails attracting, supporting, and developing the right people, while continuously improving our recruitment and people processes to meet business needs.
To achieve this, you will work closely together with Hiring Managers, People Partners and the Chief HR Officer, acting as a trusted advisor and contributing to both day-to-day people topics and longer-term people initiatives.
What you will be doing to make a difference
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle in close partnership with hiring managers, shaping hiring decisions and ensuring we attract people who will truly thrive in the business.
- Actively promote our roles using creative sourcing, online marketing, social media, and other digital channels to reach and engage top talent where they are.
- Explore and open new talent arenas, continuously improving how and where we find the best candidates.
- Contribute to our employer brand, supporting our teams with content and initiatives that strengthen engagement and how we show up in the market.
- Be a trusted advisor to line managers, providing thoughtful HR guidance and helping leaders navigate people-related topics with confidence.
- Support strategic people initiatives, working closely with the Chief HR Officer and People Team on workforce planning, succession planning, and business unit changes - ensuring people decisions support long-term growth.
What you need to succeed
- A few solid years of experience (5+ years), preferably in tech industry as a Recruitment Partner, HR Advisor, or in a similar people-focused role, where you've partnered closely with hiring managers and employees.
- Relevant education/degree in HR or related field. Relevant experience can compensate for formal education
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and collective agreements, and confidence applying them in everyday people decisions.
- Strong sourcing skills with otherwise solid recruitment experience
- Comfort with HR tools and systems, including HRM systems, ATS platforms - you enjoy using data and structure to stay organised.
- Experience in an international environment is a strong plus, and familiarity with the IT or tech sector will help you hit the ground running.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, allowing you to advise, influence, and build trust across the organisation.
