We are now looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to strengthen our ability to deliver customer value in line with this mission.

Our SaaS products enable intelligent orchestration and automation of energy trading, connecting production planning and optimization with automated trading on power markets. Our customers are professional energy producers and traders operating in complex, time-critical environments.

The Trading team is distributed across Vienna, Gdańsk, and Munich. The role can be based in any of these locations.

What you will be doing to make a difference

  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements by analyzing complex business processes.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and product owners to design scalable, future-proof systems.
  • Support testing and quality assurance by defining acceptance criteria and reviewing deliverables.
  • Drive workshops and stakeholder meetings to align on priorities and clarify technical feasibility.
  • Monitor implementation progress and ensure solutions meet business objectives.

What you need to succeed

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and system integration concepts.
  • Experience in requirements engineering and business process modeling (3+ years).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with APIs and modern SaaS web applications.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Any sort of technical experience and background is a plus.
  • Experience in the Energy industry is a plus.
  • Business fluency in English; German is a plus.
