In this role, you will play an important part in helping Volue deliver value to customers in line with our mission, shaping the financial insights that guide strategic decisions. About the Role
As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will develop financial analysis that enables the business to plan with confidence and act decisively. You'll combine analytical strength with curiosity, communication skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.
What you need to succeed
- Prepare and analyse consolidated financial statements, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
- Play a key role in the budgeting and forecasting processes, supporting strategic and operational planning.
- Conduct variance analysis, identifying key drivers and recommending actionable improvements.
- Partner with colleagues across teams and senior leadership to provide financial insights and influence decision‑making.
- Support post‑merger integration activities, helping ensure smooth transitions in systems, processes, and reporting.
- Track and report key SaaS metrics, such as GRR and NRR, in close collaboration with relevant teams.
- Build and maintain financial models that support long‑term planning and business analysis.
- Promote simplification, automation, and standardisation of financial processes across the organisation.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or certifications (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) are a plus.
- Several years of experience in FP&A or accounting, ideally in a SaaS or private‑equity‑owned environment.
- Strong technical skills in financial modelling, advanced Excel, and systems such as Dynamics, PowerBI and Salesforce.
