Job Description
London Array is Located 20km off the north Kent coast in the Outer Thames Estuary, London Array has a 630MW capacity and generates enough clean electricity to power around 500,000 British homes, while displacing around 900,000 tonnes of CO2 a year. It is maintained and operated from the Port of Ramsgate.
About the role
- Ensuring that work is fully completed on site in line with the site maintenance plan
- Raise, schedule, and allocate planned and unplanned maintenance activities in conjunction with via SAP system
- Control and technical verification within SAP system; collation of time data and parts consumption to allow billing and parts replenishment to be initiated
- Meticulous administration including technical and commercial record-keeping and co-ordinate record keeping, reporting, and documentation archives to support full service and maintenance history
- Develop, maintain, and update short- and long-term schedules, working with site management and engineering team, this includes Annual Service, HV, Statutory Inspections, Blade Repair, High Speed Bearing, Retrofits and repair campaigns
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly updates on work scope and reports to site management and work closely with stores, ensure KPI's are met for planned stock and serialized components
- Supervise contractor technicians and liaise with their management on a regular basis
- Ensure compliance of EHS standard within area of responsibility and in collaboration with the EHS team. Assist site EHS team with investigations, for example into cases involving statutory inspections
