Deine Mission
- Unterstützung bei der Recherche und Auswahl von Lehrgängen im elektrotechnischen Bereich (z. B. für Servicetechniker und Planer).
- Mitarbeit im Qualitätsmanagement (QM).
- Erstellung, Optimierung und Pflege von Arbeitsprozessen sowie Prüfung und Überarbeitung von Arbeitshandbüchern
- Dokumentation und Pflege von Prozessunterlagen für Administratoren, Planer und Servicetechniker.
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Abläufen in der Disposition und Kundenkommunikation (z. B. Terminvereinbarung, Dokumentenaustausch).
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen für technische Teams.

- Vorzugsweise Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Technisches Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Maschinenbau
- Grundlegendes (elektro-)technisches Verständnis von Vorteil
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Hohe Motivation, Einsatzbereitschaft und ausgeprägter Teamgeist
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Bereitschaft zu einer wöchentlichen Arbeitszeit von mindestens 13 Stunden
