Du bist die Stimme unserer Nutzer:innen und stellst sicher, dass wir nicht nur Features bauen, sondern echte Probleme lösen.

  • Research Lead: Du verantwortest den gesamten Research-Zyklus - von der Planung über die Durchführung (Interviews, UserTests, Umfragen) bis hin zur Synthese von Insights für unsere drei Zielgruppen (Endkund:innen, B2B-Partner und Installateure).
  • Data-Driven Insights: Du kennst Tools wie UserTesting und PostHog, um das Nutzerverhalten qualitativ und quantitativ zu analysieren und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen für das Produkt ab.
  • Vom Insight zum Konzept: Du übersetzt Research-Ergebnisse in nutzerzentrierte UX-Konzepte, User Flows und Wireframes. UI-Design ist für dich kein Fremdwort, dein Fokus liegt jedoch auf der funktionalen Lösung und Testbarkeit.
  • Strategischer Partner: Du arbeitest neben Design auch eng mit Product Management und Engineering zusammen, moderierst Workshops (z.B. Journey Mapping oder Ideation Sessions) und stellst sicher, dass Insights in die Product Discovery und Implementation einfließen.
  • Framework und Enablement: Du pflegst und skalierst unser bestehendes Research-Framework und unterstützt Kolleg:innen bei "DIY-Research"-Fragen oder der Erstellung von Umfragen.
  • UX Writing und Consistency: Du achtest auf eine konsistente Sprache und Wording innerhalb unserer digitalen Produkte auf Deutsch und Englisch.

So stechen Du und Deine Bewerbung heraus

  • Erfahrung: Du bringst mindestens 3-5 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich User Research mit, idealerweise in einem agilen Tech-Umfeld.
  • Methoden-Profi: Du beherrschst das gesamte Research-Repertoire: von Tiefeninterviews über Usability-Tests bis hin zu quantitativen Surveys und Analytics-Analysen.
  • Tool-Stack: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Figma (für Konzepte/Prototypen), PostHog (oder vergleichbaren Analytics-Tools) und Remote-Testing-Plattformen wie UserTesting.
  • Konzeptionelle Stärke: Du kannst komplexe Prozesse und User Insights in einfache, intuitive User Journeys und Produkt-Features übersetzen.
  • Kommunikation: Du bist stark darin, Insights überzeugend zu präsentieren und Stakeholder für die Nutzerperspektive zu gewinnen.
  • Sprachkenntnis: Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, da unsere Installateure und Endkund:innen primär Deutsch sprechen, unser Team aber international ist.
  • Background: Du hast ein Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich HCI, Psychologie, Design, Marketing, Digital Media oder einem verwandten Feld abgeschlossen.
