FairWind is seeking a Resource Manager to plan, coordinate, and optimize skilled labor across wind energy projects. This role works closely with Operations and Project teams to ensure the right people are deployed at the right time, supporting safe, efficient, and on-time project delivery.

Your qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or operations
  • Experience supporting field-based or project-driven teams
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools and spreadsheets
  • Renewable energy experience
  • Experience in working in an Independent Service Provider specifically with Asset Owners and or Service lifts

Your Role

  • Plan and allocate field resources across multiple projects
  • Forecast staffing needs based on project schedules and priorities
  • Coordinate mobilization, demobilization, and schedule changes
  • Track resource availability, skills, and certifications
  • Monitor utilization, overtime, and staffing efficiency
  • Partner with Operations and Project leaders to resolve staffing gaps
  • Improve resource planning processes, tools, and reporting systems.
  • Ensure staffing decisions align with FairWind safety standards, client requirements, and regulatory obligations.
  • Verify personnel meet all required training, certifications, and site access criteria.
  • Participate in cross-functional and ad hoc projects that support Operations objectives and workforce optimization.
