Your contribution to the energy transition
As our Senior EPC Product Manager, you are responsible for defining and driving the vision, strategy, and development of JUWI Hellas' EPC solutions, for BESS and hybrid projects. The role requires deep market understanding (clients, suppliers, subcontractors) and close support to the M&A team in building competitive and executable commercial proposals. The Senior EPC Product Manager ensures that all commitments made during the sales phase can be delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The position reports directly to the Managing Director of JUWI Hellas.
You can look forward to the following tasks:
Product Ownership & Strategy
- Own JUWI Hellas EPC solutions and establish a consistent internal and external positioning
- Develop and maintain the roadmap for EPC solutions, in close coordination with M&A, Operations, Development, Finance and Legal teams
- Research and analyze emerging EPC related market trends, technologies, and design approaches
- Capitalize on lessons learned from past projects across both sales and execution phases
Sales Support & Commercial Structuring
- Provide expert BESS input during the Sales process to ensure accurate, complete, and feasible commitments to clients
- Support the Sales team in shaping differentiated commercial proposals that reflect current market constraints and competitive advantages
- Participate in commercial negotiations and finalize technical annexes of EPC and O&M Agreements
- Provide necessary tools, presentations, pricing insights, and technical guidance to M&A team
- Conduct critical reviews to de risk proposals and ensure alignment with execution capabilities
Project & Portfolio Alignment
- Develop high level project schedules and advise on EPC Agreement provisions
- Support EPC Project Managers during the execution of EPC Agreements, where relevant
- Report early-stage project pipeline insights and solution roadmap updates to the Head of EPC Projects and/or Director of Operations to help align resources and operational planning
- Coordinate cross functional and cross-country collaboration on markets, strategy, and project portfolio topics
Consultancy & Internal Advisory
- Advise the Managing Director and M&A team on market strategy, customer considerations, project budgeting, and scheduling throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide guidance to Project Managers on budget and schedule impacts stemming from product and solution decisions

- University degree in Engineering; postgraduate management studies will be considered an asset.
- Proven experience in similar roles, within the renewable energy sector.
- Strong understanding of EPC commercial models, contractual frameworks, and technical specifications.
- Ability to assess the operational and financial implications of solution-related decisions.
- Deep expertise in BESS technologies and hybrid solar-storage applications.
- Analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication abilities, with confidence engaging across all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
- Capacity to provide technical direction and vision to align technology decisions with business objectives.
- Strategic planning skills, including the ability to anticipate future technology needs and improve efficiencies with existing systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in culturally diverse international environments.
