GOLDBECK SOLAR ist ein führender Anbieter von schlüsselfertigen Solaranlagen auf gewerblichen Dächern und Freiflächen. Mit unserem engagierten Team entwickeln, planen, bauen, betreuen und finanzieren wir Photovoltaikanlagen in Deutschland, Europa und weltweit - maßgeschneidert mit System.

Das erwartet Dich

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir vom 01.05.2026 bis 30.04.2027 eine Baustellenassistenz (m/w/d) für unser Projekt in Schafhöfen. In deiner Rolle wirst du einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Projekterfolg leisten, indem du die Projektleitung sowie alle Teammitglieder im Tagesgeschäft organisatorisch und administrativ entlastest.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der Bauleitung im Tagesgeschäft sowie in allen organisatorischen Belangen
  • Erfassung und Prüfung von Lieferscheinen im AP+ sowie operative Betreuung der Lieferschein-App
  • Empfang und Betreuung von Kunden, Lieferanten, Besuchern und Nachunternehmern auf der Baustelle inkl. Einweisung in die Arbeitssicherheit
  • Schriftliche und telefonische Korrespondenz mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Selbstständige Koordination sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung von Terminen und Besprechungen
  • Registrierung neuer Mitarbeiter auf der Baustelle inkl. Prüfung der Arbeitsgenehmigungen, Erstellung von Baustellenmitarbeiterkarten sowie Einweisung in die Arbeitssicherheit
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von Arbeitssicherheitsunterweisungen
  • Allgemeine Assistenz- und Sekretariatsaufgaben (Dokumentenmanagement, Ablage, Büroorganisation)
  • Unterstützung bei Qualitätskontrollen (z. B. Fotodokumentation, Protokollführung, Wareneingangskontrollen)
  • Abwicklung des Baustelleneinkaufs in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf - von der Bedarfsmeldung über die Abstimmung mit Lieferanten bis hin zur Bestellung und Nachverfolgung der Lieferungen

Wen wir suchen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (Studium nicht erforderlich)
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einem Bau- oder Wirtschaftsunternehmen
  • Erfahrung als Projekt- oder Baustellenassistenz von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. AP+)
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in gängigen Office-Anwendungen
  • Ausgeprägte Koordinationsfähigkeiten und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Technisches Grundverständnis und Überblick über Abläufe auf der Baustelle
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und ein gutes Gespür für Prioritäten im Tagesgeschäft
