DEINE AUFGABEN
- Du betreust die Versicherungen der GP JOULE Gruppe und stehst als Ansprechpartner*in zur Verfügung
- Abstimmungen mit Versicherern sowie interne Abstimmungen gehören zu deinem Aufgabenbereich
- Du führst Controlling-Tätigkeiten durch, wie Auswertungen und Analysen, mit einem Fokus auf HR-Controlling-Themen
- Du unterstützt die Business Units durch das Erstellen von Berichten und Auswertungen sowie beim Projektcontrolling
DEIN PROFIL
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Bank-, Versicherungs- oder Industriekaufmann*-frau, oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL mit dem Schwerpunkt Controlling o.ä.
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrung im Controlling oder im Bereich Versicherungen mit
- Dein sicheres Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick zeichnen dich aus, und deine selbstständige, kooperative Arbeitsweise rundet dein Profil ab
- Du hast einen sicheren Umgang mit Zahlen und sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sowie Vorerfahrung mit Power BI oder vergleichbaren Tools
