Job Description

The Production Manager position will provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the company's culture and achievement of goals. The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all production process and teams within Washington operations.
  • Oversee and manage all production supervisors.
  • Plan and execute the production schedule.
  • Set, plan and meet all production targets and goals.
  • Review and adjust production schedule as needed.
  • Ensure the timely completion of all direct-report employee reviews.
  • Coach and guide all production team members, with the goal of improving overall competency of the production staff.
  • Manage human and material resources needed to meet production targets.
  • Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures.
  • Set and monitor product quality standards.
  • Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.
  • Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems.
  • Determine and implement improvements to the production process.
