- Pflege, Aktualisierung und Weiterentwicklung des Rechtskatasters (z. B. Umwelt-, Energie- oder Produktrecht)
- Identifikation und Bewertung relevanter gesetzlicher Änderungen sowie Kommunikation an interne Stakeholder
- Bearbeitung von Abweichungen, Verstößen und Reklamationen sowie Unterstützung bei der Definition, Umsetzung und Wirksamkeitskontrolle von Korrektur- und Präventionsmaßnahmen
- Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung und Weiterentwicklung von Qualitäts- und Compliance-Prozessen
- Mitwirkung bei internen Audits, Kontrollen und Lieferantenbewertungen
- Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Zertifizierung neuer Managementsysteme (z. B. ISO27001, ggf. ISO 14001 und ISO45001)
- Erstellung von Reports, Schulungsunterlagen und interner Kommunikation zu QM- und Compliance-Themen
- Vorbereitung des Unternehmens auf neue regulatorische Anforderungen (z. B. NIS2, Cyber Resilience Act, Batteriegesetz)
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene technische, naturwissenschaftliche oder kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. Studium mit Bezug zu Qualität, Umwelt oder Recht
- Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, Compliance oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Confluence und SharePoint
- Erfahrung mit Rechtskataster-Software von Vorteil
- Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit, Projekte selbstständig zu planen und umzusetzen (z. B. Auswahl und Einführung einer Rechtskataster-Software)
- Eigenständiges, engagiertes Arbeiten mit hoher Eigenverantwortung
