As we continue to scale, we are strengthening our strategic and operational backbone. To support this growth, we are seeking a Director of Integrated Planning - a key leader who will ensure our people, capabilities, and operations are aligned to meet the demands of tomorrow.

Your Impact

As Director of Integrated Planning, you will lead one of the most critical functions within GWS. You will own the end‑to‑end planning and resourcing mandate, ensuring the right people with the right skills are deployed at the right time. Your leadership will enable safe, predictable, and profitable delivery across our global project portfolio.

You will also be at the forefront of digital transformation, driving our transition from manual processes to AI‑supported, automated, data‑driven planning. Your decisions will shape planning quality, technician satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial and commercial performance across the business.

The role is central in GWS' aspirations in becoming best-in class regarding project planning and supporting the company's ambition to maintain industry-leading performance in installation and maintenance services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and international offices, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement across the global organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Tactical Planning

  • Own strategic workforce planning, ensuring long-term alignment between demand and capacity
  • Lead tactical scheduling across regions and divisions, governing clear planning cadences

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure high-quality resource allocation balancing commercial, HSE, and delivery priorities
  • Optimize travel and accommodation planning to improve efficiency and technician well-being

Digital & Data Transformation

  • Drive digitalization and automation of planning processes, including AI-supported solutions
  • Own planning data foundations, competencies, and KPI governance

Leadership & Business Partnership

  • Lead and develop the Integrated Planning organization
  • Partner closely with Sales, HR, Finance, Division Directors, and Project Delivery
  • Provide actionable insights and workforce analytics to senior leadership

Requirements

About You

You are a strategic thinker with a strong operational mindset. You create clarity in complexity, lead with confidence, and build alignment across functions and geographies.

Experience

  • 8+ years within operations, planning, resource or project delivery (wind, construction, or field-based services preferred)
  • Solid people leadership experience in a matrix environment
  • Proven track record with workforce planning, KPI governance, and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong understanding of utilization, cost drivers, and operational performance levers
  • Experience driving digitalization, automation, or system transformation initiatives
