We're now looking for a Deal Enablement & Strategy Analyst who wants to combine strategic thinking, commercial excellence and cross-functional collaboration to make a real impact. What you will be doing to make a difference
In this role, you are a strategic partner to our sales organisation. You strengthen commercial rigour, enable confident decision-making and help close complex software deals in a way that is both customer-focused and sustainable for the business.
You won't just "support deals" - you'll actively shape how we structure, price and execute them.
Deal Structuring & Commercial Governance
- Own and continuously improve the end-to-end deal desk process for strategic and enterprise opportunities
- Partner with Sales Leadership to design commercially sound, customer-centric deal structures
- Review pricing, discounting and contractual frameworks to ensure profitability and compliance
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Finance and Product to streamline approvals and reduce friction
- Identify gaps in the sales cycle and drive process optimisation together with Commercial Excellence
Sales Enablement & Capability Building
- Develop and deliver enablement programmes on pricing strategy, negotiation and commercial best practices
- Create playbooks and training materials that empower teams to confidently structure and close opportunities
- Support onboarding of new sales colleagues and help them navigate our commercial frameworks
- Work with Sales Operations to embed methodologies such as MEDDPICC and value-based selling into daily practice
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a trusted advisor and knowledge hub for commercial policies and pricing models
- Build strong relationships across Sales, Legal, Finance and Product
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales tools, processes and governance
What will help you succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in the software / SaaS industry
- Solid understanding of SaaS pricing models, enterprise contracting and revenue principles
- Strong communication skills and confidence in stakeholder management
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and contract lifecycle management tools
