Careers at Sunly

Last updated on 2026-02-26 | Report an issue

We are looking for an experienced Wind Project Manager to coordinate Sunly's wind development projects in Poland through planning, permitting, and ready-to-build status. In this role, you will secure key decisions and agreements, manage schedules and risks, and coordinate stakeholders across authorities, landowners, and project partners. You will play a key role in turning wind projects from plans into a ready-to-build reality.

What you will work on

  • Coordinate assigned wind projects throughout the planning process and development cycle up to planning permission and ready-to-build status, and respond proactively when projects are at risk.
  • Secure key administrative decisions, agreements, and permits required to move projects forward.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local self-government units, landowners, and local communities.
  • Create procedure schedules, monitor progress, and report on project status and risks.
  • Select subcontractors and coordinate delivery together with designers, investors, subcontractors, and internal technical teams.

What describes you

  • Experience in a similar role in the renewable energy sector, with proven involvement in wind farm development.
  • Ability to independently secure permits and administrative decisions.
  • Practical understanding of the investment process and documentation related to building permits (PnB) and development conditions (WZ).
  • Confidence in working with project documentation, including the ability to read project maps.
  • Knowledge of QGIS and construction law.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time.
  • Independent, well organised, flexible, and ready for business trips.
  • University degree in Project Management, Spatial Management, Environmental Protection, Energy, or a related field.

What we offer

  • Support for your wellbeing, inside and outside work - private medical care, co-financing of the Multisport sports card, and access to mental health counselling and coaching sessions via the Siffi platform.
  • Time to rest and reset - additional vacation days to recharge when you need it.
  • Room to grow professionally - meaningful, hands-on challenges and a dedicated training budget for courses, certifications, and conferences, alongside internal learning opportunities to support your development.
  • Work that contributes to the energy transition - you will be part of a team building and scaling renewable energy across the region, working on projects that support a more sustainable energy system.

If you are excited about contributing to the renewable energy sector, we would love to hear from you! We review applications on an ongoing basis, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
