- Übernahme der elektrotechnischen Betriebsleitung in einem Elektrofachbetrieb (inkl. Konzessionsträgerschaft)
- Fachliche Koordination von Installations-, Inbetriebnahme- und Wartungsarbeiten
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Umweltstandards
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Außendienstteams
- Durchführung von Schulungen für interne Teams und Endkund:innen
Dein Profil
- Elektromeister:in Energie- und Gebäudetechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit TREI-Schein
- Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung mit Elektroinstallationen, idealerweise im Bestand, im Außendienst und auf lokalen Baustellen
- Branchenerfahrung in der Energie- und Gebäudetechnik von Vorteil
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der VDE-Vorschriften sowie elektrotechnischer Normen
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Dokumentationen
- Entscheidungsfähigkeit in kritischen Situationen
- Führungsstärke und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
