- Sie betreuen unseren Feldbestand aus Batteriespeicher
- Per Remote-Zugriff kontrollieren Sie unsere Systeme, analysieren Fehlermeldungen und sorgen somit für einen reibungslosen Betrieb der Anlagen
- Sie analysieren in Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklungsabteilung die Ursachen von Fehlermeldungen
- Sie stellen einen zeitnahen und professionellen Service für unsere Kunden sicher (per E-Mail, Telefon)
- Durch Ihr technisches Fachwissen bringen Sie sich in die stetige Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung unserer Produkte mit ein
Ihr Profil
- Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung im Bereich Mechatronik, Elektroinstallation, Industrieinstallation, ein Studium der Physik oder mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik, Elektronik oder über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Kenntnisse im Bereich IT und Netzwerktechnik oder Klima- und Kühltechnik sind von Vorteil
- Sie handeln lösungsorientiert und beeindrucken durch eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie Kommunikationsstärke
- Die Themen erneuerbare Energien und E-Mobilität faszinieren Sie
- Durch Ihre aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit arbeiten Sie gut im Team
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Ihre strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und selbstständige Arbeitsweise aus
