Ihre Aufgaben

  • Analyse und Ver­folgung der Pro­dukt- und Fer­tigungs­kosten, Ermittlung und Über­wachung der Stun­den­sätze sowie Durch­führung des monat­lichen Kosten­controllings inklusive Ein­leitung von Gegen­maßnahmen bei Ab­weichungen.
  • Ausbau, Sicher­stellung und laufende Opti­mierung des Werks­controllings sowie Er­stellung von Ad-hoc-Ana­lysen und sta­tis­tischen Mel­dungen für ver­schiedene Stake­holder.
  • Betreuung der In­ventur, Aus­wertung von Aus­lastungs­daten und Fer­tigungs­kenn­zahlen sowie enge Zu­sammen­arbeit mit Pro­duktion, Manage­ment und anderen Fach­bereichen.
  • Erste An­sprech­person für alle Themen rund um Fer­tigungs- und Pro­dukt­kosten sowie Mit­wirkung bei Sonder­projekten im Con­trolling-Umfeld.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebs­wirtschaft­liches Studium oder eine vergleichbare kauf­männische Aus­bildung.
  • Mehr­jährige Berufs­erfahrung im Controlling, ideal­erweise im Bereich Werks- oder Produktions­controlling.
  • Fundiertes technisches Ver­ständnis und Interesse an prozess­nahen Abläufen.
  • Sehr gute Kennt­nisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sowie eine aus­geprägte IT- und Zahlen­affinität.
  • Mehr­jährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP.
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Präsen­tations­fähigkeiten sowie sicheres Auf­treten im Aus­tausch mit verschiedenen Stake­holdern.
  • Fließende Deutsch­kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Selbst­ständige, struk­turierte und ziel­orientierte Arbeits­weise.
