Als Praktikant:in People & Culture (m/w/d) gestaltest du aktiv unsere Unternehmenskultur und -prozesse mit. Du lernst die People & Culture Welt vollumfänglich kennen und übernimmst Verantwortung für kleine Projekte mit großem impact.

  • Du erlernst People Arbeit von der Pieke auf und unterstützt schnell bei jeglichen operativen People Themen von Onboarding bis Offboarding, in unserer Dokumenten- und Vertragserstellung, sowie im Kontakt mit unseren Mitarbeitenden
  • Wir zeigen dir unser wichtigstes People-Tool Personio und führen dich in die Nutzung und Pflege ein, sodass du auch hier unser People & Culture Team unterstützen und Aufgaben eigenständig übernehmen kannst
  • Mit frischem Blick schaffst du smarte Abläufe, automatisierst Prozesse und sorgst für maximale Effizienz im Arbeitsalltag für unser People & Culture Team
  • Du übernimmst die operative Einführung von KI-Potenzialen im People & Culture Team und kannst somit moderne P&C Arbeit aktiv mitgestalten
  • Du setzt dich kontinuierlich mit der Recherche von neuen P&C Trends und (AI-)Tools auseinander und analysierst deren möglichen Nutzen sowie Umsetzung für unser P&C Team
  • Du pflegst unsere P&C Seite in unserem Intranet und baust eine interne P&C Knowledge Base für People Operations-Prozesse auf, damit kein Wissen verloren geht

So stechen Du und Deine Bewerbung heraus

  • Du studierst derzeit BWL, Psychologie, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder eine verwandte Fachrichtung und hast idealerweise 6 Monate Zeit
  • Erste Praxiserfahrungen im People & Culture bzw. HR-Bereich sind von Vorteil
  • Du brennst für People & Culture Themen, bist wissbegierig und motiviert mit anzupacken
  • Du bringst einen sicheren Umgang mit sozialen Netzwerken und eine Affinität zu digitalen Tools mit
  • Du glänzt durch deine strukturierte Art, dein Organisationstalent und ein Auge fürs Detail
  • Du bist ein empathischer Mensch und hast Freude daran, Teil eines passionierten und eng verbundenen P&C Teams zu werden
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
