Deine Aufgaben

  • Projektleitung im Innendienst
  • Koordination und Überwachung von internen Projektabläufen
  • Material-bestellung und Steuerung sowie Preisvergleich
  • Terminabstimmung sowie Steuerung
  • Abstimmung mit Bauleitern, Kunden, Lieferanten und Nachunternehmern
  • Unterstützung bei Kalkulation, Leistungsnachweisen und Abrechnungen
  • Erstellen von Angeboten
  • Überprüfung von Rechnungsein- und ausgängen
  • Disposition von Mitarbeitern
  • Analysieren und Überwachung der Projektkosten
  • Soll-/Ist Überprüfung von Projekten
  • Erstellung von projektbezogener Dokumentation/Revisionsunterlagen
  • Betreuung von gewerblichen sowie privaten Kunden

Qualifikationen

  • Weiterbildung zum Elektromeister (HWK) - Pflichtvoraussetzung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Unterlagen (Pläne, Schemata, Leistungsverzeichnisse)
  • Kenntnisse in VOB/B, idealerweise auch VOB/C
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Planungsbüros, Generalunternehmen und öffentlichen Auftraggebern
  • Erfahrung in der Projektbearbeitung / Projektleitung im Elektrobereich (mind. 2-3 Jahre)
  • Kenntnisse in Angebotskalkulation und Materialwirtschaft
