To support our continued growth in Northern and Central Europe, we are looking for a Head of Sales NCE who will take full ownership of the regional sales and tendering agenda.

As Head of Sales NCE, you will lead the regional sales and tendering function with full accountability for meeting budget and driving profitable growth. Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will work closely with regional leadership and key internal functions to strengthen FairWind's market position and commercial performance. This is a leadership role with a strong strategic and operational dimension, ideal for a commercially driven leader with deep understanding of the wind industry.

Your qualifications

  • Solid knowledge of the wind industry and its commercial landscape
  • Technical understanding enabling effective sales of wind farm services
  • Proven experience in building, managing, and growing long-term customer relationships
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate market intelligence into profitable business
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong presentation skills, both internally and externally
  • Ability to represent the company professionally in written and verbal communication
  • Leadership capability with a self-driven, results-oriented approach

Your Role

  • Lead and develop the regional Sales and Tendering teams across Northern & Central Europe
  • Take direct personal responsibility for selected strategic key accounts, maintaining senior-level customer relationships and actively contributing to opportunity development and contract awards
  • Secure profitable revenue from onshore and offshore wind clients, including OEMs and asset owners
  • Support the Regional Director in achieving annual budget and regional growth targets
  • Drive direct customer engagement to generate new opportunities leading to profitable contract awards
  • Oversee regional tendering activities, ensuring compliant, competitive, and margin-aligned submissions
  • Lead monthly sales pipeline reviews, ensuring transparency and accuracy of opportunities
  • Ensure all sales activities and opportunities are recorded and maintained in Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Finance, Operations, Business Development, and other regional teams to deliver commercially attractive customer proposals
  • Actively represent FairWind at trade events, exhibitions, and customer meetings
  • Contribute to the development and execution of FairWind's 3-year strategic plan
