Rejoignez la Direction Des Ressources Humaines d'Albioma en tant que chargé(e) recrutement et développement RH, et tenez un rôle clé dans la transformation énergétique grâce à une participation active au sein d'une équipe RH dynamique.
Rattaché-e à la Responsable recrutement et développement RH, vous apportez votre contribution aux recrutements du siège et d'une autre entité du groupe.
Vos missions principales
- Elaboration des offres avec les opérationnels
- Définition et mise en œuvre des processus de recrutement avec les managers
- Rédaction et diffusion des offres d'emploi
- Sélection de Cvs
- Présélections téléphoniques de candidats
- Traitement des candidatures
- Planification, réalisation d'entretiens et suivi du processus de recrutement
- Participation à l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs
- Contacts avec des cabinets de recrutement
- Suivi du reporting
- Participation à des projets RH et au développement de la marque employeur
Profil recherché
Vous préparez un diplôme bac+4/5 en Ressources Humaines et souhaitez découvrir ou perfectionner votre gestion du processus recrutement dans une entreprise tournée vers la transition énergétique.
Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques et la manipulation de données.
