Locogen are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator & Analyst to join our group of renewable energy companies.
About our Maintenance Coordinator & Analyst role
This is a key technical and coordination role within our Asset Management team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities are tracked, delivered, and optimised across our clients' renewable energy assets.
The role supports smooth, safe and profitable operations - from performance analysis to contractor coordination - ensuring our renewable energy sites (primarily wind and solar) are operating efficiently.
A key focus of this role will be proactive monitoring and data analysis to identify underperformance, drive improvements, and support effective reporting for both clients and internal stakeholders.

Some of the things you might be doing
Monitoring & Analysis
- Carry out daily checks on client assets to monitor performance.
- Analyse asset data to identify underperformance and recommend improvements.
- Review maintenance reports, track downtimes, and assess technical KPIs.
- Support preparation of availability and performance reports
Maintenance Coordination
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure contractors deliver on time.
- Manage planned outages, curtailment requests and maintenance tracking.
- Approve and track maintenance-related invoices.
- Coordinate site visits and maintain associated documentation.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, contractors, O&Ms, DNOs and landowners.
- Liaise with O&Ms/DNOs where intervention is required remotely or on site.
- Support internal and external reporting and communication.
Tools & Tech
- Use performance and data tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Manage software platforms used across the team and for clients.
- Participate in the on-call rota under Wind Turbine Safety Rules.
Qualifications, Training and Professional Membership
A degree in engineering or a related technical subject.
Key skills and experience we are looking for
Must-have
- Experience coordinating technical or maintenance work (ideally in renewables or engineering).
- Data analysis skills - confident with Excel and ideally Power BI.
- Demonstrable organisation and time management skills.
- Clear communicator, able to liaise across teams and with clients.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and competing deadlines.
- Experience working with third-party contractors or service providers.
- Proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
Nice-to-have
- Previous experience in renewable energy or asset management.
- Understanding of industry warranties, performance guarantees or KPIs.
- H&S qualifications such as CITB, SMSTS, or Working at Height
- Experience or qualification in turbine climbing.
