Job Description

Are you passionate about renewable energy and eager to start your career in a company where you can turn theory into impactful practice? Join PEAK Wind's Graduate Programme starting September 2026 and make a difference in driving the green energy transition.

Our two-year Graduate Programme is designed to accelerate your professional growth through immersive, hands-on learning with real projects and a high level of responsibility from day one. The programme includes three rotations within different areas of our business, where you will work with and learn from leading professionals shaping the industry.

As a Graduate, you will:

  • Develop your skills through tailored training and business-critical projects
  • Deepen your understanding of the renewable energy sector and build a strong professional and personal toolbox
  • Strengthen your cultural agility in a dynamic, international environment with diverse stakeholders
  • Receive mentorship from experienced professionals who support your career development
  • Expand your network across PEAK Wind's global and cross-functional teams

The programme is available in Changhua and Taipei.

Our graduate programme provides a unique opportunity to develop a deep understanding of how large-scale offshore wind farms are operated and managed throughout their lifecycle. Working alongside experienced engineers, analysts, and operational specialists, graduates will gain exposure to the full operational ecosystem that supports some of the largest offshore wind projects in Taiwan.

During the programme, you may work across several specialist departments that collectively ensure the safe, efficient, and commercially successful operation of offshore wind farms.

  • Commercial Asset Management - Responsible for the commercial oversight of major offshore wind operations and maintenance (O&M) contracts. This team manages supplier relationships, contract performance, and commercial risk, ensuring projects deliver long-term value for investors and stakeholders.
  • Data & Intelligence - Operational data plays a critical role in modern wind farm management. This team develops analytics and insights that support operational decision-making, performance optimisation, and long-term maintenance planning.
  • Technical Asset Management - Focused on the long-term health and performance of wind farm assets. This team oversees technical performance, reliability, and maintenance strategies to ensure turbines and associated systems operate safely and efficiently throughout their operational life.
  • Operations Preparation - Bridging the gap between project construction and long-term operations. This team develops operating strategies and ensures operational and maintenance requirements are integrated throughout the wind farm lifecycle.
  • Operational Management - Responsible for the day-to-day management of offshore wind farms. This includes coordinating offshore activities, managing contractors, planning maintenance campaigns, and ensuring safe and efficient site operations.
  • Operational Control Centre - Our 24/7 Operational Control Centre acts as the nerve centre of offshore operations. From here we monitor wind farm performance, coordinate offshore teams, and manage vessels, aircraft, and field activities in real time.

What Will Make You Successful in This Role

At PEAK Wind, we know success comes in many forms. What matters most is your mindset, curiosity, and drive to make an impact. The following qualities and experiences will help you succeed in this role:
