Deine Aufgaben

  • Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen E.ON und Klarsolar und verantwortest die Implementierung, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung neuer Energielösungen (z. B. PV, Energiemanagement, SmartMeter, intelligente Stromtarife).
  • Du steuerst Produktentwicklungs- und Go-to-Market-Prozesse von der Konzeptphase bis zur erfolgreichen Markteinführung.
  • Du koordinierst produktrelevante Prozesse innerhalb von Klarsolar, inkl. Schulungen, IT-Anpassungen und Prozessintegration in bestehende Abläufe.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit konzernweiten Stakeholdern zusammen (z. B. Legal, Datenschutz, Finance, Marketing) und stellst einen reibungslosen Produktlaunch sicher.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass Marktfeedback in die kontinuierliche Produktoptimierung einfließt und verantwortest entsprechende Prozess- und Systemanpassungen.
  • Du erstellst Entscheidungsvorlagen für strategische Themen und übernimmst Ad-hoc-Aufgaben wie die Umsetzung neuer regulatorischer Anforderungen.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung und bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produkt- oder Innovationsmanagement energiewirtschaftlicher Lösungen mit.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Produktentwicklung, Marktanalyse und Prozessimplementierung und arbeitest sicher mit digitalen Tools zur Prozess- und Datenanalyse.
  • Du kommunizierst klar und strukturiert und koordinierst verschiedene Teams und Stakeholder effektiv.
  • Du besitzt eine starke analytische Denkweise, erkennst Marktpotenziale und entwickelst daraus praxisnahe Produkt- und Prozesskonzepte.
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, lösungsorientiert und pragmatisch und fühlst dich in einem dynamischen Umfeld an der Schnittstelle zwischen Konzern und wachsendem Energiegeschäft wohl.
