Operations & Maintenance Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a new full-time team member in the area of maintenance in Dresden to start as soon as possible.

This is what your day-to-day work with us will look like

• Operational deployement planning: You will be responsible for the daily, weekly, and downtime planning of our maintenance and repair operations.
• Personnel deployement planning: You will support the planning and coordination of our maintenance teams' operations efficiently and in line with requirements
• Material and spare parts management: You will ensure the availability of materials and spare parts and keep an eye on stock levels
• Coordination of external service providers: You will coordinate assignments with external partners and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• Communication with customers and other departments: You will assist with recording and processing customer inquiries and with cross-departmental coordination.
• Care of the maintenance system (CMMS): You will work with our CMMS, keep data up to date, and assist with the further development of processes.
• **Supporting the monitoring team: You will support our monitoring team in plant monitoring.

What you bring to the table

• A completed technical education (e.g., mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanics) or a commercial education with a strong technical focus.
• Experience in maintenance planning, work preparation, or logistics, ideally in an operational environment.
• Confident use of ERP or, ideally, maintenance systems (e.g., SAP PM or comparable CMMS solutions).
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, reliable way of working.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit in exchanges with internal departments and external partners.
• High sense of responsibility and quality awareness in daily activities.
• Very good German (at least B2) and good English skills (at least B1).
