Global Wind Organisation (GWO) is looking for a motivated Student Assistant to join our team in Copenhagen and support our Quality Management function.

As a Student Assistant within Quality & Business Processes Management (QM function), you will support the Quality Manager and collaborate with functional managers across the organisation. This is a hands-on role where you will gain practical experience in quality management, process documentation, and general business administration in an international non-profit setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Quality Manager in maintaining and enhancing business processes within the management system
  • Create, manage, and update documentation, including minutes, reports, and presentations for internal and external use
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining the risk register
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate communication and cooperation between teams
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects and tasks as agreed with your manager

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student who is eager to learn and ready to take ownership of tasks. You ideally meet the following:

Education & Experience

  • Currently enrolled in a 2nd or 3rd year bachelor's programme, or commencing a master's degree in September
  • Studying business administration, quality management, economics, strategy, IT application management, project management, law, or a related field
  • Experience with document management or process mapping is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Monday.com or other planning tools is a plus

Skills & Personality

  • Self-disciplined, organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks
  • Curious, proactive, and a fast learner
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a diverse team environment
  • Available to commit to the position for at least 18 months
