Dein Profil
- Du hast bereits Erfahrungen als Buchhalter*in oder als Steuerfachangestellte*r
- Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse in der Finanzbuchhaltung und im Steuerrecht
- Des Weiteren arbeitest Du sicher in DATEV und kennst Du Dich in den Modulen Lohn/Gehalt und Bilanz aus
- Eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Genauigkeit und Aufmerksamkeit für Details runden Dein Profil ab
Deine Aufgaben
- Du kümmerst Dich um das Erstellen und Verwalten von Finanzdokumenten wie Rechnungen, Quittungen und Buchungen
- Du kommunizierst mit Lieferanten und Kunden bezüglich Zahlungsfristen und offenen Rechnungen
- Du bist für die Buchung von Geschäftstransaktionen in das Buchhaltungssystem Datev verantwortlich
- Du kontrollierst die Einhaltung von steuerlichen Vorschriften und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Steuererklärungen
- Du bereitest Finanzberichte und -analysen für interne und externe Stakeholder vor und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Abschlüssen bis hin zur Bilanz
