At Streem, we are building the next generation SaaS platform to empower the commercial management of renewable energy assets. Our mission is to accelerate the energy transition by enabling asset managers, investors, and operators to extract more value from their renewable portfolios.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as Customer Operations Manager ! You will be in charge of supporting our clients in their day-to-day usage of our services: maintaining the quality of the data provided, optimising the settings of Streem data models and services for each user, building relationships with key stakeholders and promoting the new features developed.
The customer operations team is at the core of Streem's day-to-day business, constantly liaising between our tech team, our product manager, our sales team, our clients and external stakeholders. The role is a great opportunity to develop Streem in new markets and verticals.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer support before, during, and after the deployment of Streem Energy's solutions
- Be responsible for interactions with various stakeholders (eg meter operators, grids, agregators)
- Answer clients requests in a timely and accurate manner, always looking for simple and automated solutions to complex problems
- Monitor the Streem data quality overall to detect potential bugs and issues
- Establish a deep understanding of our clients' business objectives, requirements, and KPIs.
- Reports clients needs and product feedback to ensure continuous improvement of our service
- Act as a strategic partner to our clients, advising them on best practices and identifying opportunities to optimise their use of our solutions.
Qualifications
- A previous experience as an analyst, consultant and/or customer support in the SaaS or energy industry would be appreciated.
- Strong analytical and technical skills with an ability to define, analyse, challenge or be challenged on complex dataset. Some knowledge of data collection and analysis tools are expected with a strong willingness to learn and improve in this area
- Strong interest for the renewable energy market and the green transition (previous experience in the energy market would be a plus)
- Excellent communication skills in both English and another European language, with a demonstrated ability to communicate with clients at all levels and to solve problems effectively.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail
