Rejoignez l'aventure dès maintenant ! Vous souhaitez intégrer un projet énergétique ambitieux, dès sa phase de construction, et en devenir un acteur central ? Nous recrutons un.e Technicien.ne d'Exploitation et de Dépannage pour une chaufferie biomasse (capacité : 40T/h de vapeur surchauffée), dédiée à l'alimentation en vapeur d'un site industriel majeur. Votre missionVous serez en charge de la conduite, de la surveillance et du dépannage de premier et second niveau de l'installation.️ En pratique ? Piloter les équipements de production de vapeur pour assurer une continuité de service.Effectuer les interventions de conduite, de surveillance et de dépannage, dans le respect des règles de sécurité, d'hygiène et des conditions de travail.Diagnostiquer les pannes et résoudre les incidents techniques sur les équipements mécaniques, électromécaniques et fluidiques, en faisant preuve d'autonomie.Contrôler le bon fonctionnement des installations par des rondes, relevés de paramètres, analyses techniques, tout en anticipant les dysfonctionnements.Gérer les opérations de maintenance courante, préventives ou correctives : entretien simple, nettoyage, graissage, interventions sur les équipements mécaniques ou électromécaniques.Contribuer à l'optimisation énergétique : surveiller et ajuster les réglages de combustion, suivre les consommations, identifier les leviers d'amélioration...Assurer une traçabilité rigoureuse des événements, interventions et paramètres de fonctionnement.
Profil recherché
Expérience en conduite d'installations thermiques ou industrielles (chaufferies, vapeur, biomasse, etc.) avec une forte capacité à dépanner les installations.Compétences techniques solides en électricité, maintenance, conduite, combustion, chimie de l'eau.Autonomie et fiabilité (poste seul de nuit, week-ends et jours fériés).Sens de la sécurité, rigueur, esprit d'équipe, et communication claire.
