Buscamos um profissional com experiência comprovada no setor de distribuição de energia, para atuar junto aos nossos clientes na identificação de desafios operacionais e regulatórios, e liderando iniciativas para o desenvolvimento de soluções inovadoras que maximizem resultados e agreguem valor ao negócio dos clientes.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Interagir diretamente com clientes (distribuidoras) para compreender seus desafios operacionais, regulatórios e tecnológicos
  • Mapear oportunidades de melhoria relacionadas a KPIs operacionais, combate a perdas não técnicas, redução de inadimplência e otimização de processos
  • Trabalhar com equipes internas para adaptar ou criar soluções que atendam às necessidades identificadas, atuando desde a definição dos requisitos até a entrega, garantindo alinhamento técnico e foco em resultados práticos
  • Elaborar análises de impacto e propostas de valor para clientes, com foco em resultados tangíveis.
  • Desenvolver relatórios técnicos e apresentações executivas para subsidiar a tomada de decisão de stakeholders internos e externos

Requisitos

  • Graduação em Engenharia Elétrica ou áreas correlatas
  • Experiência sólida no negócio das distribuidoras de energia, incluindo processos comerciais, regulatórios e operacionais
  • Vivência na definição, estruturação e entrega de processos voltados ao atingimento de metas estratégicas do negócio
  • Capacidade de atuar como consultor técnico-estratégico, conectando os desafios dos clientes a soluções tecnológicas
  • Conhecimento sobre temas como perdas não técnicas, gestão de ativos, integração entre sistemas, mercado livre de energia, GD.
  • Habilidade de comunicação e negociação com diferentes níveis hierárquicos
  • Desejável experiência em liderança técnica ou supervisão de equipes matriciais multidisciplinares
  • Inglês avançado, com capacidade de comunicação técnica e interpessoal em ambientes multiculturais
  • Desejável espanhol intermediário
