In this role, your expertise will support energy companies to simplify, optimise, and future-proof their operations while contributing to a cleaner and more profitable energy sector.

As an Energy Business Solution Consultant, you will work closely with our clients in the energy industry to understand their needs and help unlock value through digital transformation and strategic advice. Your focus will be to guide companies in adopting sustainable business models, streamline operational performance, and ensure they are ready for the challenges of tomorrow's energy landscape.

Main Responsibilities

  • Technically implement and configure Volue solutions for our customers.
  • Deliver consultancy services for digital transformation projects related to renewable energy, data-driven decision making, and market adaptation.
  • Collaborate with Volue's technology teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions for clients.
  • Participate in workshops, client meetings, and presentations to articulate value and develop long-term partnerships.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory changes, industry developments, and green energy trends to inform consultancy approaches.
  • The applicant is required to work mainly on-site in the Stockholm, Oslo or Trondheim office and possibly travel to customer locations all over the world.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in energy, business, environmental studies, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to diagnose complex business challenges.
  • Experience in energy markets, regulatory frameworks, or working with digital solutions for utilities and energy companies (an advantage).
