Job Description
As a part of the CCO Area, the Project and Asset finance team is responsible for sourcing all financing needed to construct EE's project pipeline. In this role, you will work directly with the Global Head of Project and Asset finance and a team of four dedicated Asset and Project Finance transaction leads, as well as the more than 31 other members of the broader M&A and Project Finance department dedicated to commercializing EE's asset portfolio.
How you will create impact
As a Student Assistant, you will play a key role in:
- Supporting asset finance transactions, including structured and project finance.
- Developing and maintaining financial models.
- Preparing lenders' information material and interact with top investment banks and funds.
- Coordinating the preparation of Virtual Data Room.
- Supporting financial investment decision process.
- Assisting with managing team activities.

We are looking for a student currently enrolled in their bachelor's or first year of master's degree within Finance or similar relevant fields:
