  • Lead all legal operations across the Benelux region, ensuring compliance with EU and local laws.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including complex cross-border agreements.
  • Advise on international trade matters such as export controls, import regulations, and sanctions.
  • Act as a strategic legal advisor to regional leadership, supporting business initiatives and mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to embed legal insights into decisions.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and proactively manage legal risk across jurisdictions.

Your profile

  • Licensed lawyer in at least one European jurisdiction, with Bar admission.
  • 5+ years of legal experience in multinational or international corporate environments.

  • Proven ability to advise executive leadership and manage legal risk across regions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
