  • Erstellung und Pflege von technischer Dokumentation für Online- und Printmedien, insbesondere Installations- und Bedienungsanleitungen sowie Schulungsunterlagen in deutscher und englischer Sprache (modularisiert innerhalb eines Redaktionssystems)
  • Korrespondenz mit externen Übersetzungsdienstleistern und Abwicklung von Übersetzungsprojekten
  • entwicklungsbegleitende Spezifikation der firmeninternen und externen Terminologie in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Mitarbeit an der Formulierung von UI-Texten in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Erstellung von Bildmaterial für technische Dokumentationen sowie interne Beauftragung von anspruchsvollerem Bildmaterial
  • Übersetzung verschiedener Fachtexte sowie technischer Dokumentation vom Deutschen ins Englische und umgekehrt
  • Informationsmanagement zwischen Kunden, Entwicklungsabteilung, Marketing, Sales und Service-Abteilung

Dein Profil

  • abgeschlossenes Studium (Universität, FH, BA) mit Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Linguistik oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Technischen Redakteur
  • mindestens 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung in der technischen Redaktion im Bereich Technik / IT / Software
  • ausgeprägtes Verständnis von komplexen Systemen
  • Fähigkeit, komplexen technischen Inhalt verständlich, gegenstands- und zielgruppengerecht, übersichtlich und in logischer Form sachlich richtig darzustellen
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Von Vorteil:
    • Erfahrung mit einem Redaktionssystem/Content Management System
    • Erfahrung im Übersetzungsmanagement
    • Erfahrungen in den Themen: Cloud, Software-as-a-service, Elektroinstallation, Photovoltaik, Energietechnik, Themen der Energiewende
    • Kenntnisse über Normen zur Technischen Dokumentation und Produkthaftungsrichtlinien
