Join us in this role where you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our QHSE strategy and systems for our APAC Operations. You'll be part of APAC QHSE where you, together with your colleagues, will support our teams across the APAC region to ensure that our renewable energy projects are delivered to high QHSE standards. You'll work closely with our O&M teams. You'll play an important role in

  • developing and implementing the APAC Operations strategy and processes
  • managing complexity on the QHSE things with stakeholders
  • optimising QHSE work process, like inspection, audit, RAMS review and related plans
  • leading the QHSE activities and assist contractors increasing the QHSE capability.

To succeed in the role, you

  • have a degree in Electrical Engineering
  • ready to complete Class C Occupational Safety and Health Supervisor Traing
  • ready to obtain GWO and OEUK certificate and can work offshore on a 7:7 rotation
  • are a good communicator in English
  • have strong stakeholder management and communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders
