As our new Service Telecommunication Engineer, you'll join a high-performing team within our Technology Solutions Division, keeping the offshore operations of our global clients running smoothly and safely.

No two weeks look the same. One day you could be offshore in Brazil troubleshooting critical telecom systems for a client; the next, back at our Esbjerg HQ, preparing for your upcoming service or commissioning job or contributing to tenders and shaping the next project. This is telecommunication service engineering at its most dynamic.
Your base will be either our Global HQ in Esbjerg or our Grimsby, UK location. The role is full-time, with 100+ travel days per year.

Your tasks & responsibilities
You'll support international clients in the servicing and maintenance of telecommunication systems - remotely and on-site offshore. Your responsibilities will include:
- Installation and preventive maintenance of telecom equipment including PAGA, Tetra, VHF, CCTV, 4G/5G, ACS and network systems to just name a few
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues - remote or onsite - fast and effectively
- Overseeing projects both onshore and offshore
- Participating in our on-call support for clients with Service Level Agreements
- Contributing to commissioning and engineering for Brownfield projects
Your profile & qualifications
You're self-motivated, solutions-focused, and comfortable working independently under pressure. To hit the ground running, we expect you to bring:
- A technical background - a degree in Applied Industrial Electronics, Engineering, or similar
- Hands-on experience in the offshore industry, including creating work packages, method statements, and risk assessments
- A genuine appetite for being where the work is - travelling to wherever our clients operate
