Responsibilities
What you'll do
As our Chief Engineer, you'll blend deep technical expertise with strategic leadership. You will:
Lead with vision
- Provide technical leadership at both component and system levels.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Monitoring leadership team on technology matters.
- Impact the product and technology roadmap, with a strong emphasis on scalable products and digital transformation.
Drive technical excellence
- Identify and manage technical risks across the product portfolio.
- Lead resolution of complex quality and reliability challenges.
Build strong partnerships
- Represent KK Group in high‑level technical discussions with customers and suppliers
- Foster collaboration across the KK Group and Global Technology teams
- Work in a matrix organization where partnership and influence are essential
Our requirements
What you bring
You're an experienced technical leader who thrives at the intersection of engineering depth and strategic impact. You likely have:
- Master's degree in engineering or equivalent experience demonstrating strong theoretical and practical capabilities.
- Proven track record in senior technical roles, ideally within safety-critical or monitoring systems.
- Deep expertise in:
- Vibration analysis and monitoring
- Sensor technologies and signal processing
- Electronics design and integration
- Data architecture and large-scale data handling
- Familiarity with SIL safety standards and compliance frameworks.
- Digitalization technologies (e.g., IoT, edge/cloud computing, data analytics)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Motivation to mentor teams, influence stakeholders, and drive innovation
