Job Description

Estamos buscando un/a Junior Project Manager para incorporarse a nuestro equipo en las plantas fotovoltaicas de Granada. Esta persona será responsable de apoyar las operaciones locales, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y eficiencia establecidos por el Hub, y colaborando estrechamente con los equipos regionales para garantizar una ejecución fluida de los procesos.

Lo que harás

  • Prestarás apoyo en la gestión operativa de plantas solares.
  • Realizarás el seguimiento de tickets y tareas de las plantas asignadas.
  • Darás apoyo en la coordinación de proveedores y subcontratas bajo supervisión.
  • Acompañarás al Project Manager en reuniones con clientes, aportando información técnica y operativa.
  • Promover los comportamientos seguros y la correcta utilización de los equipos de trabajo y protección, y fomentar el interés y cooperación de los trabajadores en la acción preventiva. ​​
  • Colaborarás en la evaluación y el control de los riesgos generales y específicos de la empresa.
  • Actuarás en caso de emergencia y primeros auxilios gestionando las primeras intervenciones al efecto.
  • Cooperarás con el servicio de prevención en el desarrollo de las actividades preventivas.

Lo que necesitas para tener éxito

  • Ingeniero Técnico o Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Electricidad, Electrónica o Energías Renovables FP2 o similar, preferiblemente con Máster en Energías Renovables.
  • Experiencia en departamentos en el sector de las energías renovables, mantenimiento eléctrico industrial o electricidad en instalaciones de baja y alta tensión.
  • Dominio fluido de inglés hablado y escrito.
  • Manejo avanzado del paquete Microsoft Office.
  • Valorable formación PRL específica en trabajos eléctricos, en altura y aplicación de productos fitosanitarios.
