We are looking for a Senior Portfolio Manager to take ownership of our Nordic customer portfolio, with a particular focus on the Norwegian market.
In this role, you will act as the primary contact and trusted advisor to customers, combining portfolio management, trading execution, and strategic advisory. You will play a key role in maximizing customer value across both physical and financial energy markets, especially for clients who can provide or benefit from flexibility.
Your customer portfolio will include producers, retailers, industrials, aggregators, BESS, and renewable energy developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact and trusted advisor for Nordic customers, with focus on Norway
- Provide insights on market developments, portfolio strategies, and risk management
- Support customers entering new energy markets across the value chain
- Execute mandate- and order-based trading in power and Guarantees of Origin (GO) markets
- Manage and optimize financial portfolios and hedging strategies
- Identify opportunities for additional services and upselling
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including physical traders, product managers, and sales teams
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Finance, Economics, Energy) or equivalent experience
- Solid experience in Nordic power markets
- Background in financial portfolio management and mandate-/order-based trading
- Knowledge of Guarantees of Origin (GO) and renewable markets is an advantage
- Strong analytical, advisory, and commercial capabilities
- Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language
