Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the hiring of new canvassers
  • Guiding and coaching your team to generate door-to-door solar leads for our in-home sales team.
  • Coordinating and running daily in-office trainings and meetings
  • Managing marketing territory
  • Analyzing your teams numbers to uncover trends and improve efficiencies
  • Working with senior leadership to develop the CT market

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of canvassing or door-to-door sales experience
  • Proven canvassing leadership experience
  • A passion for coaching and developing leaders.

  • Great written and verbal communication skills.
  • A professional demeanor
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a motor vehicle screening so you can drive a company vehicle
