Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for renewable energy? We're looking for a friendly, proactive, and positive Business Development Manager to lead our growth across Central Asia.

In this role, you will drive business expansion within the Central Asian market-identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting the growth of our product portfolio in a fast-evolving energy landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse market demand across Central Asian countries and evaluate data to identify business opportunities and economic potential
  • Develop and implement new business models, including expanding and upgrading the product portfolio
  • Lead product development initiatives, particularly in areas such as PV systems, BESS, EV charging infrastructure, and hydrogen solutions
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams across different countries
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Collect, analyse, and present data to support strategic decision-making
  • Prepare regular reports, track progress, identify risks, and propose solutions

Requirements

Experience & Background

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or product development
