Contexte de la mission
Dans le cadre du développement du projet E-CHO porté par Elyse Energy sur le bassin de Lacq (64) et en finalisation de la phase de développement, nous renforçons notre équipe afin d'accompagner la dynamique d'information et de mobilisation des acteurs locaux.
Mission principale
Sous la responsabilité du directeur projet, le/la chargé(e) de mission aura pour rôle d'animer le réseau territorial de proximité afin de permettre l'appropriation et la compréhension du projet.
Activités principales
- Prospection et communication
- Contribuer à la stratégie de communication
- Participer aux actions d'information sous différents formats ;
- Présenter le projet et ses enjeux auprès des acteurs du territoire, en particulier dans les filières économiques, politiques et sociales et auprès des grands comptes ;
- Mobilisation territoriale
- Initier et organiser des rencontres avec les acteurs identifiés ;
- Déployer le plan de communication au niveau local
- Suivre les comptes clefs et les relais d'opinion afin de favoriser l'adhésion au projet.
VOUS
- Formation supérieure (sciences politiques, développement territorial, affaires publiques, ingénierie de projet ou équivalent).
- Expérience dans la conduite de projets territoriaux, relations institutionnelles ou développement économique.
- Très bonnes capacités relationnelles et d'animation de réseau.
- Capacité à représenter un projet complexe et à dialoguer avec des interlocuteurs variés.
- Autonomie, sens politique et esprit de synthèse.
