Job Description
Are you ready to kick‑start your electrical engineering career? As a Junior Electrical Engineer in our Operations & Maintenance team, you will support the daily operation of our Hungarian power plants, handle technical issues, and coordinate communication with customers, service partners, field technicians across the country, and colleagues within the O&M team. Join us and help drive a more sustainable energy future.
Key Responsibilites
- Managing and resolving technical issues related to photovoltaic power plants under our supervision
- Participating in troubleshooting activities and conducting failure analysis
- Coordinating with local service partners, manufacturers, and distribution companies
- Preparing timely and accurate service reports and maintaining professional communication with customers
- Ensuring customer contact databases remain accurate and up to date
- Following internal standard operating procedures, work instructions, and company guidelines
- Overseeing the management and scheduling of measuring instruments
- Supporting Health & Safety compliance in accordance with Hungarian regulations
- Collaborating with our PV monitoring team on hardware implementation and monitoring activities
- Protecting and safeguarding company property and assets
Qualification and Experience
- University Degree in Electrical Engineering
- This position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience in MV/HV systems or renewable energy
- Proficiency in Hungarian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with our international clients and colleagues across the Group
- Driving licence category B and willingness to travel across Hungary
- Solid user proficiency in the MS Office suite
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and good organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- A drone pilot licence is an advantage
