ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a coordinators to manage HSEQ performance in our divisions: S&M and Blades and to support relevant BU in HSEQ area as well.

We do look for candidates available to work from our European office: UK, ES, FR, NL, DE, DK, PL, RS, RO or TR.

Coordinators, while managing safety and quality tasks, strive to exceed our customers' expectations.

TYPICAL DUTIES

  • Being the go-to person for the division reg. HSEQ
  • Ensuring follow-up on all reporting in the division (Incidents, Snag Points, NCRs, environmental reporting) and data correctness (weekly & monthly)
  • Targets settings and ensuring continuous follow up for the divisions in HSEQ field
  • Development of the HSEQ documentation in the projects within the division (RAMS, HSE/Q plan, target setting, development and roll out of HSEQ campaigns)
  • Providing content for HSEQ matters to the PM model for the projects
  • Performing site visits (incl.: PPE checks on site, follow up on HSEQ campaigns, general alignment with site management on HSEQ topics and performance)
  • Participation in audits
  • Development of division relevant initiatives (campaigns and focus areas)
  • Providing input and support for developing HSEQ in GWS (such as safety committee, risk assessment, legal compliance screening)

Requirements

  • Previous work experience in HSEQ roles (ideally: wind industry, admissible: oil & gas, manufactures)
  • Bachelor (or relevant) degree in field of safety
  • Certificates: NEBOSH/ IOSH; internal auditor (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001); GWO BST & BTT
  • Technical knowledge about the wind turbines installation and blades works will be an additional asset
  • Self-drive to work, full commitment to proactively seek and share information, keeping yourself updated during the project
  • Curiousness and willingness to constantly improve HSEQ area (incl. your own actions)
  • Investigation and analytical skills
  • Taking ownership of your tasks, co-responsibility for project success
  • Team work, time management and monitoring of own workload
  • Advanced communication skills (incl. fluency in English); focus on highlighting HSEQ issues while contacts with various project stakeholders
  • Fact based, but also lessons learned approach
  • Software literacy
  • Readiness to travel on the projects worldwide
  • Valid driving license
