Descrição do Trabalho
Suportar as atividades de introdução de novos produtos, visando a transição eficiente do desenvolvimento para a produção. Auxílio na preparação de documentação técnica, acompanhamento de cronogramas e execução de tarefas relacionadas a manutenção de portfólio de produtos. Atuará em conjunto com equipes de engenharia, produção e qualidade para garantir que os projetos/produtos sejam implementados conforme os requisitos estabelecidos.
Principais responsabilidades
- Acompanhar e suportar projetos de introdução de novos produtos (NPI) desde a fase de desenvolvimento até a produção em série.
- Suportar atividades de Manufatura relacionados ao portfólio de produtos.
- Elaborar e atualizar documentação técnica (BOM, instruções de trabalho, alterações de Engenharia e etc).
- Realizar análise de viabilidade técnica e suporte na definição de processos produtivos.
- Suportar testes de validação e homologação de componentes e processos.
- Suporte em indicadores de desempenho do projeto (prazo, custo, qualidade).
- Apoiar atividades de melhoria contínua e redução de custos.
O que esperamos de você
- Formação superior em Administração, Sistemas da Informação, Engenharia (Produção, Elétrica, Mecatrônica) ou áreas correlatas.
- Conhecimento sobre indústria eletrônica / montagem PCBAs (SMT, PTH e etc).
- Desejável conhecimento em ferramentas de qualidade (FMEA, PPAP e etc).
- Desejável conhecimento com softwares ERP (SAP).
- Desejável experiência prévia com processos de NPI ou desenvolvimento de produto.
- Inglês: Intermediário
