DEINE AUFGABEN

Für ein großes Infrastrukturprojekt suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt erfahrene Projektsteuerer (m/w/d). Die Tätigkeit ist hauptsächlich im Büro in Hannover durchzuführen. Eine Tätigkeit aus dem remote ist nach Absprache teilweise möglich.

Die Projektsteuerung ist hierbei eine zentrale Rolle in der operativen und strategischen Abwicklung der Offshore-Teilportfolio, Programme, Projekte und Teilprojekte. Sie sorgt für Transparenz über sämtliche Abläufe, überwacht die Einhaltung von Terminen, Inhalten und Schnittstellen und gewährleistet eine strukturierte, effiziente und regelkonforme Durchführung aller dem Projekt zugeordneten Arbeitspakete.

Aufgaben können hierbei sein:

  • Erbringung des vollständigen Leistungsumfangs innerhalb der Projekte
  • Eigenständiges, proaktives und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
  • Kompetente Steuerung komplexer Teilportfolios, Programme sowie (Teil‑)Projekte
  • Koordination und Management vielfältiger fachlicher und terminlicher Abhängigkeiten
  • Regelmäßige, strukturierte Kommunikation des Projektstatus an relevante Stakeholder
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Terminplanung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Primavera P6 als zentrales Planungs‑ und Steuerungsinstrument

ANFORDERUNGEN & DEINE EXPERTISE

  • Relevante Ausbildung (Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Projektmanagement) oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektsteuerung komplexer Infrastruktur- oder Offshore-Projekte
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Tools (MS Office, MS Teams/Planner, SharePoint/tpCDE, PowerBI) sowie Grundverständnis für terminplanerische Methoden (WBS, Logik, kritischer Pfad)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1)
  • Schulungsnachweis für Terminplanungssoftware Primavera P6 wünschenswert
  • Zertifizierungen (z. B. IPMA/PMI/Prince2) wünschenswert
