Job Description
The Vestas Offshore Supply Chain Department is responsible for the logistic and warehouse operations on board of the Service Operations Vessels and Jack-Up Vessels. We are supporting the Vestas Offshore Special Projects and Service Departments which installs, services and maintains the wind turbines in multiple windfarms across the European seas.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Pick, issue, and receive materials and spare parts for technician teams
- Coordinate continuously with the Service organization to ensure timely supply of tools, spare parts, and equipment
- Maintain stock levels and perform material postings and inventories in the SAP ERP system
- Ensure workplace order, cleanliness, and adherence to all work safety requirements
- Coordinate goods transport, including customs clearance, during regular port calls
- Manage PPE, hoists, testing tools, and other equipment requiring periodic testing or calibration, including requesting quotes and raising purchase orders
- Oversee proper waste disposal, port offloading, and ad hoc spare parts deliveries while supporting the service site management with organizational tasks.
Qualifications
- Apprenticeship and/or degree from an education in warehouse-management or logistics
- Warehouse experience from the Wind Industry will be beneficial
- Full driving license Experience for Customs clearance / declaration beneficial Computer knowledge: SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, TMS, ERP system (SAP/AX)
- Good communication skills in English
- Good office and site management skills
- Good time management/planning skills
- Adherence and compliance with local laws and regulations

Your work location will be in GB, Seagreen. This role is an Offshore Rotation Permanent position consisting of 14 days on Vessel and 14 days off.
